Hi! I’m Emily. I’m a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC) helping people find jobs they love and get paid their worth. I have helped hundreds of people with career transitions, and I know how difficult and stressful career changes can be.
Everyone I've met has a similar problem ... they want to make a change, but there are all sorts of roadblocks in the way. Maybe it's a lack of momentum or a plan, a fear of failure or imposter syndrome, and others are just fed up with the job search process.
All my clients want a new job and more money, sure, but they also want confidence in themselves, a clear purpose, alleviated stress, and professional fulfillment.
That's where I come in. I love coaching because I love helping people succeed - I was born to do this. BUT, I’m only one person, and my schedule doesn’t always allow for new clients.
And here’s a simple truth - whatever it is you want to do, coaching helps you get there faster.
So, I’m launching group cohort courses to help more people achieve their big, beautiful dreams - whether it’s getting a new job, coming back to work after a career break, or switching industries entirely. If you’ve been curious about coaching but you’re not ready for the individual 1:1 experience, then cohort courses might be for you.
Group cohort courses are like going to school … Show up to class, do the homework, meet the teacher, participate in group discussions, and leave the course with a new set of skills.
I’ve created courses for the five most in-demand topics from my career coaching practice:

Cohort Course Details
There will be TWO group cohort courses running during Winter 2022-2023. Cohort courses include:
- Group sessions (45 minutes/session, via Zoom)
- Individual sessions (30 minutes/session, via Zoom)
- Coach support in between sessions (via secure client log)
- Lifetime access to course materials and resources (via private client website)
These cohorts are pilot courses for a program I’m launching in 2023. That means four things for you:
- Prices are 50% off through 2022 (YES!)
- You are designing the courses with me and providing real-time feedback so I can adjust the courses as necessary
- You are encouraged to sign up for multiple courses, as they are all designed to build on each other (and hello, prices are half off through 2022)
- Each course is capped at 20 attendees - once they are sold out, they won’t be available again until 2023 (at full price)

Congrats, you made it to the job interview! Are you ready for it?! Take this course when you're job searching so you’re ready when the interview opportunity calls. In this course, we’ll cover how to prepare for the interview, practice answering questions to typical interview questions, and discuss strategies to answer the “What’s your desired salary?” question (HINT: You don’t answer it!).

- Why are you calling the Cohort Course a “Pre-launch” or “Pilot” course?
- Because I’m doing something I’ve never done before … breaking down my Career Clarity Masterclass into bite-sized options for group sessions. I’m hoping to help more people this way, and I’m taking you along for the ride.
- You’ll provide real-time feedback on the courses and let me know which sections are helpful, which sections are not, and which sections you want to learn more about. Your feedback will help me develop even stronger products in 2023.
- As a symbol of my gratitude, I’m introducing these pilot courses at a “pre-launch price” of 40%-50% off the regular price. Starting in 2023, the prices will return to normal and the course enrollment size will be much larger.
- How many courses can I request?
- As many as you need at this moment. If you are actively job searching, I recommend starting with Course #2: Personal Brand and Course #3: Job Applications. Strongly consider Course #4: Networking too (since 75% of jobs are found through networking).
- There is a catch - I’m limiting each course to 20 participants. This is a pilot program, so I’d like to keep things small and agile around your feedback. Once the course is full, it’s unavailable and I won’t launch another one until 2023 - at full price.
- If you decide you want more than three courses, then you would benefit from the Career Clarity Masterclass instead, where you’ll learn the content from all five courses and get more individualized attention to accelerate your goals.

- How long do the Cohort Courses run?
- Courses run during Winter 2022-2023. Most courses run for six weeks. Each course meets weekly.
- How long are the meetings in the Cohort Courses?
- Each course includes group and individual meetings:
- The group meets on a set schedule every week for 45 minutes on Zoom
- The individual sessions are 30 minutes on Zoom, scheduled at your convenience
- What days/times are the Cohort Courses meeting?
- The exact date/time of each course is to be determined, based on your feedback. Please let me know your preferred dates/times in the form (evenings are usually popular, but I’ll see what you all think).
- What happens if I miss a group session?
- No worries, the group sessions are recorded and shared with the group after each meeting.
- How is the Cohort Course different from your other programs?
- My other programs - the Breakthrough Bootcamp and Career Clarity Masterclass - are 1:1 coaching programs for an individualized approach to your job search. The Cohort Course uses a different approach, see below:
